Pheidias' workshop, Olympia, Greece. Pheidias' workshop is where where the statue of Zeus, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, was sculpted. In the 5th century a Christian basilica was erected on its ruins. Olympia, a sanctuary of ancient Greece, is probably best known for having been the site of the Olympic Games in classical times.
