Princess Dagmar of Denmark and Grand Duke Alexander Alexandrovich of Russia, 1866. The future Tsar Alexander III (1845-1894) married Maria Feodorovna (1847-1928), formerly known as Dagmar of Denmark, the younger sister of Alexandra, Queen Consort of King Edward VII of the United Kingdom, in 1866.
