Teedyuscung, Indian Rock, Fairmount Park, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, 1933. Vintage linen postcard showing the marble statue of Teddyuscung. Known as the 'King of the Delawares', Teedyuscung (c1700-1763) was a leader of the Lenape Native American people in Pennsylvania. He was murdered by arsonists who burned down his cabin while he was asleep inside.
