Sculpture by a cascade, Palace of Caserta, Campania, Italy. The Palace of Caserta was built in the 18th century for the Bourbon kings of Naples. It was one of the largest buildings constructed in Europe in the 18th century. The palace stands in a large park with fountains and artificial cascades.
