Pancoast Hotel, Miami Beach, Florida, USA, 1931. Vintage postcard showing a view across the lawn of the Spanish style Pancoast Hotel, opened in 1923 by Arthur Pancoast. It was the first grand hotel to be built alongside the ocean in Miami Beach. The building is stucco with red tile roofs. In front of the building is a lush garden with a fountain.
