The death of Captain Faulknor, 1795 (c1857). Commanding HMS 'Blanche', a fifth-rate 32 gun Royal Navy frigate, Captain Robert Faulknor the Younger (1763-1795) was killed in a battle with the French frigate 'Pique' off the Caribbean island of Guadeloupe.
