Admiral Jan Willem De Winter (1761-1812), commander of the Dutch fleet, surrendering on board HMS 'Venerable', flagship of Adam Duncan (1731-1804), Viscount Duncan of Camperdown, after the Battle of Camperdown, fought off the Dutch coast.
