Entrance to Tower Grove Park, St Louis, Missouri, USA, 1907. Vintage postcard showing two stone pillars topped by statues of winged beasts guarding the iron entrance gate to the park. A residence is seen beyond the gate. Tower Grove Park opened in 1875. It is laid out on land donated to the city of St Louis by British-born botanist Henry Shaw.
