Male and female costume, c1350, (1910). The gentleman wears a close-fitting cote-hardi with a large-buckled hip-belt. To this is attached a gypciere (pouch) with a dagger thrust through it. On his legs and feet he wears pointed boots and garters. Over his left shoulder he wears a capuchon (pointed hooded cape) with ornamental bands round the neck and a short liripipe (dangling length of cloth).
