Copper foundation figurine ending in cone and plaque, found in Telloh, South Iraq, Early Dynastic III, 2494BC-2465BC. The peg figurine was passed through the hole in the plaque. This would have been placed as a dedication to the gods in a new building. From the British Museum's collection.
