Greek terracotta oil flask (lekythos) of the infant Dionysus standing in a vine-hung grotto. Made in Athens, and from the British Museum's collection. In Greek mythology, Dionysus was the god of the grape harvest, winemaking and wine, of ritual madness and ecstasy.
