General Enrique Loynaz del Castillo. Born in Puerto Prince (Santo Domingo). In 1893 was in charge of the separatist newspaper 'El Guajiro' . In Costa Rica he was wounded in the heater Vine in July 1895 ; took part in a multitude of fighting reaching the rank of Major General.
