Interior detail, Chiswick House, London, c2000s(?). Detail of the Red Velvet Room doorway looking towards three of the busts in the tribunal or saloon. Chiswick House is a Palladian villa which was built in 1725-1729 for the Earl of Burlington (1694-1753). He used it to display his art collection and to entertain.
