'Indian Pavilion & Gardens', c1925. The British Empire Exhibition was a colonial exhibition held at Wembley, Middlesex in 1924 and 1925. The India Pavilion was modelled on the Jama Masjid in Delhi and the Taj Mahal in Agra.
