'Old Chelsea Gate'. c1910. [Shurey's Publications, c1910]. The gateway was designed by Inigo Jones in 1621 for Beaufort House in Chelsea (home of Sir Thomas More and later Sir Hans Sloane) and was bought by Lord Burlington and rebuilt in the gardens at Chiswick House in 1738.
