The Great Bell of Ivan, Kremlin, Moscow, c1970s. The Tsar Bell, (1733-1735), was was commissioned to Ivan Motorin by Empress Anna Ivanovna, niece of Peter the Great, made of bronze, it was broken during casting and has never been in working order, suspended or rung. .
