In the chapter house of Canterbury Cathedral, late 12th and early 13th century stained glass windows depict, Henry VIII, the first king to exercise Royal Supremacy, Thomas Cranmer, the first Reformed Archbishop of Canterbury, Archbishop William Laud, martyred by Puritan Parliamentarian and Henry IV. Canterbury Cathedral is one of the oldest and most famous Christian structures in England.
