Berry Pomeroy Castle, 15th century, (c1990-2010). Reconstruction drawing showing the 15th century defences, including gatehouse and the Elizabethan mansion of Berry Pomeroy Tudor mansion, built within the walls of an earlier castle, in South Devon, England. It was built in the late 15th century by the Pomeroy family which had held the land since the 11th century.
