'Gloucester, disguised as a Policeman, discovering Lady Anne', c1860, (c1860). A caricature of Richard, Duke of Gloucester (1452-1485), later to become Richard III King of England. Anne Neville (1456-1485) was the daughter of Richard Neville, 16th Earl of Warwick. She became Princess of Wales as the wife of Edward of Westminster and then Queen of England as the wife of King Richard III.
