'The Gamblers', or 'Card Players, painting by Antiveduto Grammatica in Apsley House, London. Grammatica (1571-1626) was a follower of Caravaggio. The painting was probably part of the Spanish Royal Collection, captured at Vitoria in 1813 during the Peninsular War. It was originally catalogued as Caravaggio, but subsequently thought to be by Grammatica.
