Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee Procession, Green Park, London, 22 June 1897. A public holiday was declared to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Queen Victoria's accession. Crowds lined a six mile processional route through London, with various vantage points occupied by paying and opportunistic watchers.
