Apsley House, Hyde Park Corner, London, 1810. View showing the original red-brick house built by Robert Adam in 1771-1778 and the Hyde Park Corner toll gate. By 1830 Apsley house had been enlarged and remodelled by Benjamin Dean Wyatt to be the Duke of Wellington's main London residence, popularly known as No. 1, London.
