Carreras and Candi, Francisco (Barcelona, ??1862-1937), historian, geographer and politician from Catalonia, Spain. In 1890 he was president of the Conservative Youth, he was Professor of History of Catalonia in the Catalan University Studies and the Ateneo Encyclopedic Popular, in 1898 he entered the Royal Academy of Letters of Barcelona, ??of which he was president from 1918 to 1931 and 1934-1937.
