Enrique Prat de la Riba, (Castelltersol, 1870-Barcelona, 1917), lawyer and politician, in 1892 he was secretary of the assembly that drafted the Bases de Manresa, president of the council of Barcelona, ??he promoted the establishment on 6 April 1914 of the Commonwealth of Catalonia of which he was the first president until his death.
