'The Citadel of Brescia', mid-late 18th century, (1928). Chalk on paper. At one time known to have been in the collection of Dr Hans Wendland, Lugano, Switzerland. Italian Venetian painter and printmaker Giovanni Domenico Tiepolo (1727-1804) was the son of artist Giovanni Battista Tiepolo, and elder brother of Lorenzo Baldissera Tiepolo.
