The American hydroplane 'Ankle Deep', 1913. 'Ankle Deep' was a 32 ft hydroplane designed by Tams, Lemoine & Crane and built by Staten Island Shipbuilding Co. for Count Mankowski. She was powered with two Stock model 150 hp, eight-cylinder Sterling engines. She took part in the British International Trophy (Harmsworth Trophy) event held at Osborne Bay in September 1913.
