Cherhill Down, Wiltshire, 2018. Aerial view showing Oldbury Castle bivallate Iron Age hillfort earthwork and the Lansdowne Monument. The monument is a 125 foot tall stone obelisk erected by the 3rd Marquis of Lansdowne in 1845 in honour of his ancestor Sir William Petty (1623-1687)
