'Leisure Moments at Westerham', c1930s, (1945). British politician and statesman Sir Winston Churchill (1874-1965) laying bricks on his estate at Westerham in Kent. He had taken up bricklaying as a hobby and became and adult apprentice. Churchill was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1940 to 1945, and again from 1951 to 1955.
