'Mr. Chamberlain and Mr. Churchill', 23 February 1940, (1945). Winston Churchill (1874-1965) and British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain (1869-1940) watching a ceremony in central London during the Second World War. The crews of the battleships 'Ajax' and 'Exeter' marched through the City to the Guildhall and were afterwards decorated for their action against the 'Admiral Graf Spee' in the Battle of the River Plate.
