'Blarney Castle, Co. Cork', 1831. View of Blarney Castle in County Cork, Ireland. The castle is the home of the 'Blarney Stone', believed to bestow the gift of eloquence when kissed. The original castle dated from before 1200 but was destroyed in 1446. It was rebuilt by Cormac MacCarthy, King of Munster. [Fisher, Son & Co London, 1831]
