General Seydlitz gives the signal to advance at Rossbach, 5 November 1757, (1936). At the Battle of Rossbach (in Germany), Prussian cavalry officer Friedrich Wilhelm von Seydlitz (1721-1773) and his men routed the French and Imperial armies.
