Wilhelm I, Emperor of Germany, King of Prussia (1797-1888) at the tomb of his father and mother, Friedrich Wilhelm III of Prussia and Louise of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, in the Mausoleum at Charlottenburg Palace, Berlin, Germany. The Mausoleum, which resembles a classical temple, was built by Friedrich Wilhelm when his wife Queen Louise died aged just 34.
