'With the Red Cross in France: the Duchess of Westminster (on the right, with her favourite dog) and some of the nurses at her military hospital at Le Touquet'. British peeress and socialite Constance Edwina Lewis (1875-1970) sponsored a military hospital in northern France, which was housed in a local casino.
