'The Prince's Second Derby, 1900: 'Diamond Jubilee' first past the post', (1901). Thoroughbred race horse owned by the Prince of Wales winning the Derby at Epsom racecourse in Surrey. Diamond Jubilee was bred by his owner, Prince Albert Edward (1841-1910), the future King Edward VII. He was foaled in 1897, the year of Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee.
