'Earl Grey', c1810, (c1884). Charles Grey, 2nd Earl Grey (1764-1845), British whig and reformer educated at Richmond School, Eton and Trinity College, Cambridge. Prime Minister during reign of William IV, The Reform Act 1832 and abolition of slavery were passed during his office.
