'Thomas Case, M.A.', 17th century, (late 18th-early 19th century). Portrait of Thomas Case (c1598-1682), English clergyman and ejected minister. Case was a defender of the Parliamentary cause during the English Civil War, but he fell out of sympathy with the regicides and became a supporter of the Restoration of the Stuart monarchy.
