'W. Pitt', (1759-1806), 1830. William Pitt the Younger (1759-1806) British Tory, educated at Pembroke College, Cambridge and Lincoln's Inn. Chancellor of the Exchequer and youngest Prime Minister of Britain. His tenure began in 1783 under George III and was dominated by the French Revolution and Napoleonic Wars.
