A commencement (graduation) announcement from Booker T Washington High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma, class of 1932. The school is named after the African-American education pioneer Booker T. Washington. The announcement is on off white paper with a blue leather tie on the left side. On the front is an art deco relief design of a skyscraper rising from a cloud with “Tulsa” and “1932” at the bottom center. Embossed in gold at center is a circular “BWHS” emblem surrounded by laurel leaves. Written in graphite at the top center of the back is [Dorothy Mae Madden].
