In April 1983, lawyer and politician Harold Washington (1922-1987) was the first African American to be elected as Mayor of Chicago. Blue bumper sticker with white text centered in the middle. The text reads “Mayor / Washington.” The background has narrow, light-blue lines radiate out from the middle of the bumper sticker. In the lower right corner is a white logo for the union manufacturer.
