This cockpit instrument provided information on the pressure in the fuel and oxidizer tanks of one of the propulsion and attitude control systems of the Gemini spacecraft. Astronauts flew ten Gemini missions in 1965-66, paving the way for the Apollo missions to the Moon. The key objectives of Gemini were gathering experience with rendezvous and docking, long-duration spaceflight, and extravehicular activity. NASA transferred this instrument to the Smithsonian in 1972.
