Two welders at work on the Rugby gas pipeline. This pipeline was part of a pipeline carrying North Sea natural gas from the Norfolk coast to the Rugby area where it was connected with an existing natural gas pipeline supplying eight of Britain's area gas boards. The work was carried out by Laing Civil Engineering along with French companies Entrepose and Grands Travaux de Marseille (GTM).
