Chillenden Windmill, Chillenden, Goodnestone, Dover, Kent, 1929. A view of Chillenden Windmill, showing the post mill intact. This open-trestle post mill was built in 1868 and was still in good condition when the photograph was taken, with a new midling and two new sails having been fitted in 1927. It ceased work in 1949, but was restored in 1958.
