View from the north of the entrance and exterior porch of the practice and surgery of the Alnwick Medical Group, with lawn and gardens in the foreground. The building is situated in the site of the larger Alnwick Infirmary complex. A handwritten caption on the reverse of the image reads, "C.C.S. 453/4." It is unclear who, or what, this relates to, but it is perhaps another photographers and their own image reference code.
