Copthall Stadium, Hendon, Barnet, London, 09/07/1988. Competitors setting off at the start of a 10km road race held at Copthall Stadium, with chairman Martin Laing firing the starting gun. This 10km road race was part of a charity event held at the Copthall Stadium on 9th July 1988, with the aim of raising money for the Great Ormond Street Hospital Appeal. Laing teams from various departments all over the country took part.
