Laing Sports Ground, Rowley Lane, Elstree, Barnet, London, 18/06/1977. A man attempting the 'Hay Toss' at the annual Gala Day, held at the Laing Sports Ground in Elstree. The 'Hay Toss' was run by Laing's Flying Section, the aim was to launch a bale of hay over a high bar using a pitchfork.
