Minories Car Park, 1 Shorter Street, City of London, 20/06/1969. The Shorter Street elevation of Minories Car Park during its construction. This view shows sections of the fluted concrete curtain wall before and after having the hammered surface treatment applied. The architect, EG Chandler, was inspired by the walls of the Elephant House at London Zoo for this detail.
