Regent Street, City of Westminster, London, 15/12/1980. Laing retiree Anne Kidd posed sitting on a table beside her retirement gift of a Magimix food processor, during a farewell presentation at Regent Street. Anne Kidd joined the Laing Group in May 1972 and was responsible for the running and organising of many regional functions in her role of Public Relations Officer. The Marketing Department of the Building Division said goodbye to Anne at a special lunch in the Mill Hill home of colleague Bob Barnes. The Public Relations Group also held a farewell at Regent Street, where Anne was based for 8 years, and she was presented with a bouquet and food processor.
