Destructive Fire at San Francisco, [USA] - 400 Buildings Burnt, 1850. 'By the United States mail, received on Wednesday morning, a correspondent has forwarded us a Lithograph of a conflagration, which took place at San Francisco on the night of May 4, and intelligence of which had been received in New York just prior to the mail leaving...The lithograph is roughly executed, but it shows...the extent of the conflagration as seen from Portsmouth-square.
