Clothworkers Company's Cup (Pepys's), 1850. Item from an 'Exhibition of Ancient and Mediaeval Art at the Society of Arts, in John-street, Adelphi', [London]. 'The election cup of the Clothworkers' Company, which is commonly called "Pepys' cup", probably because it was presented to them by Samuel Pepys, who, we find was master in the year 1677'.
