Entrance to Hawkstone Park, 1854. Party for Rowland Clegg-Hill's 21st birthday at the family seat of Hawkstone Hall in Shropshire. 'At each of the entrances to Hawkstone Park were large designs in variegated lamps, with the coronet at the top; and immediately under, was the word "Welcome" in large letters'.
